Privacy policy for the Nirvani connector for Claude

Effective 29 October 2026. This policy covers the Nirvani connector for Claude operated by Nirvani Company. It supplements the Nirvani terms of service and privacy policy that apply to your Nirvani workspace.

What we collect

• Sign-in details: your email address, the one-time code we send or your admin issues (stored only as a hash), and a short-lived session cookie.
• Connection details: which agent connected, the workspace you chose, the permissions you granted, and the tokens or connection keys that keep the connection alive (stored as hashes).
• Workspace records you ask Claude to use: contacts, deals, appointments, conversations, and messages are read from or written to your Nirvani workspace only when you ask Claude to do so. We do not copy these records into the connector beyond the request that uses them.
• Activity records: the name of each action that changes data, the record id it touched, who ran it, and when. Message bodies and personal details are not written to this log.
• Technical data: request timestamps, status codes, and error details needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

• To verify that you are a member of the workspace you connect.
• To carry out the actions you ask Claude to perform in your workspace.
• To secure the service: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and audit of changes.
• To support you when something goes wrong.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or train any model on it.

Where it is stored

The connector runs on Cloudflare's global network. Workspace access credentials are encrypted at rest with keys held only by Nirvani. Sign-in codes and connection tokens are stored as one-way hashes. Session cookies are signed, marked secure and HTTP only, and expire after eight hours.

Who we share it with

• Anthropic (Claude): when Claude runs an action, the result of that action is returned to Claude so it can answer you. Anthropic's handling of that data is governed by your agreement with Anthropic.
• Cloudflare: our infrastructure provider, which processes data on our behalf to run the service.
• The customer relationship platform behind your Nirvani workspace: the workspace records themselves live in the Nirvani platform, which processes them on Nirvani's behalf under Nirvani's agreements with its providers.
• Email delivery: sign-in codes are sent through our email provider when email sign-in is enabled.

We do not share data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Sign-in codes: until used or expired, at most 24 hours.
• Connections and tokens: until you disconnect in your agent, your admin revokes access, or the connection has been idle for 30 days. Connection keys: until your admin revokes them or they expire; revoked keys are deleted 30 days later.
• Activity records: 180 days.
• Technical logs: 30 days.

Your choices

You can disconnect Nirvani from Claude at any time from Customize, Connectors. Your Nirvani admin can revoke your membership or the whole workspace. To ask for a copy or deletion of the data the connector holds about you, contact us below.
